Fidelity Bank Sportsplex first formed the Winter Basketball League in 2012 with the goal of providing the highest quality basketball experience for boys and girls in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Since its inaugural season in 2012 with 10 teams, over the next 11 years the Winter League has grown to accommodate over 85 teams ranging from PreK-6th grade.

Each year hundreds of youth athletes and coaches come together to participate in the Team Sportsplex Winter League. Team Sportsplex strives to provide the highest quality basketball experience on the court for the athletes, and in the stands for the spectators.
